DigDeep’s life-changing programs to ensure access to clean, running water for every American are only possible through the generous support of our partners, including corporations and foundations.
Institutions and their employees have helped jumpstart and scale DigDeep’s community-led initiatives which aim to serve the millions of Americans who still lack running water and basic plumbing.
Not only does supporting DigDeep’s work help Americans who need it most, research indicates that allowing nearly 540,000 households to live without a working tap or toilet at home results in an $8.58 billion loss to the US economy each year. This is the result of loss of productivity at work or school, time spent collecting water, increased healthcare costs and premature loss of life.
These costs are first felt by the individuals in the household (approximately $15,800 per household—the individuals DigDeep serves—and is then passed on to the broader economy in a ripple effect. For every dollar invested in closing the US water gap, we see nearly $5 in return to the economy (through worker hours gained, increased purchase power, health benefits, etc.).
Investing in DigDeep’s work makes good cents.
From charitable giving to program and event sponsorships to marketing and engagement initiatives, our partnerships team will work with you to develop a collaboration that helps reach your goals while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Ways to Partner
01
Philanthropy
Corporate and Foundation grants fuel our existing and new work to create tangible impacts, including permanent off-grid Home Water System installation, piped water connections, onsite wastewater, effective septic systems, and skilled job creation, among others.
02
Sponsorship
Providing funding for specific programs and events allow companies to align goals to DigDeep’s mission while getting recognition in return. This includes our projects in Navajo Nation and Appalachia as well as new initiatives in development.
03
Cause Marketing
We can work together to develop programs and campaigns that raise funds and awareness at the same time, engaging employees and customers and building loyalty. This can include a portion of product sales, donations at checkout, and more.
04
In-Kind Donations
While financial support can often be distributed and make a difference most efficiently, donated goods and services are often helpful. If your company offers products DigDeep currently has to purchase, your in-kind donations could help save lives.
